A design system that brought consistency to chaos and cut development time in half

My role

As the sole UI/UX Designer, I owned the entire design system creation from foundation to implementation. I handled stakeholder management, led multiple design iterations based on feedback, and collaborated closely with the development team to ensure seamless handoffs.
